Design And Implementation Of The Project Application Management Information System Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of computer and network, in the government, especially in the science department which is in charge, project examination and endorement management system has played a more and more important part. Science and Technology Department is the connection of the country and enterprises, how to improve their efficiency and implement the collaborative work and scientific decision between the departments in Science and Technology has been an issue. Therefore, building a based on workflow project management information system with flexibility and openness has been the real requirement in science and technolgy department.This article is based on the real requirement of science and technolgy project management information system in Tibet Science and Tchnology Department, it is with the Struts framework and workflow technology, it uses the collaborative work technology and one-stop service design idea to build a network service platform with project declare, collaborative examination and endorsement, online management which is based on network. This article improves the efficiency of project management of science and technology management department, which provides the quick service with high quality for the units which need to declare projects and the units which need to execute projects.This article is based on WorkFlow Management Coalition(WorkFlow Management Coalition,WFMC) studies the workflow technolgoy and gives the system function modle, uses UML to make the modle of workflow management system and uses the object-oriented and interface-oriented methods to design the system. In the requirement analysis of the system, this article fully analyzes the main business process of the project management system and draws the flow diagram and use case active diagram of the main business. In the system design part this article shows the fucntion structure and network structure of the whole system, and make the analysis and design of the main table structure of the system database, meanwhile shows the logic relationship of these tables, The system designs and realizes the user-defined function according to the menu that is to be implement and flow. Through the building and executing of an project declare, this article fully analyzes and realizes the whole project.According to system tests, which proved that the efficiency of the science and technology department in the process of project management and the management level of project declare, puts forward the development of workflow management system in the project mangement field. Therefore, to some extent this system has certain real meaning and applicable value.
