The importance of security risk management highlights the significance and value of risk assessment.A comprehensive security risk assessment and risk management design that carried out in the smart city service system Combined with the cloud model provide standard specifications and reference for risk identification,Assessment processing and emergency command and disposal.First,a domain model for risk assessment based on safety data is poposed.The domain objectives and tasks are analyzed.The risk assessment is extended to different areas of work security.In this paper,the process of risk identification and the method of domain are analyzed,and the security evaluation mechanism is established.It is mainly composed of hierarchical structure and degree of quantification provided the method which support for the risk service field.Secondly,the paper puts forward the software architecture for work security under cloud platform of smart city.According to the needs of security,the paper determines the core of software architecture combined with the "4+1" view model.We establishs two aspects of security services which are the system structure and software framework combined with UML to design the business processes as well as the core component,use case model and data transfer.Third,we implement a prototype design of work security cloud platform,complete the risk assessment and decision-making process of risk response in the field of implementation of disposal.Based on the architecture design,the risk identification,assessment and response process of the smart city are realized,and the security risk assessment model is verified.By building the risk assessment model,and combining with the method of domain engineering,we analysis the software architecture in the area of security.Combined with the specific business system,we complete the design of work security cloud platform,verify the data ontology model.The result not only provides an important support for the risk analysis of the smart city,but also provides a valuable reference for the emergency decision-making and emergency command.
