The projections lens is a major part of a projection system.With the improvement of the optical theory,the optimization of design software algorithm,the improvement of processing technology as well as the projector's development trend of high brightness,high definition and high sharpness,makes the projection lens design requirement enhances unceasingly.In order to meet the projector in the narrow dark environment projection of high-definition images,big aperture and wide field zoom lenses are growing.This paper first introduces the projection lens development situation at home and abroad,elaborated the basic concept and principle of zoom lens,mainly discusses the mechanical compensation movement process of zoom.Projection lens structure features and technical requirements are analyzed,based on the Zemax software big aperture and wide field zoom lenses was designed using the mechanical compensation form.Is reasonable,the whole imaging system structure of small size,lens aberration is small,in the spatial frequency of 71 lp/mm,each zoom section of the full field of view of the MTF?0.5,image quality well.Then analyzes the lens and tolerance,to control the related components,suppresses the factors affecting the quality of imaging.Finally gives the CAM curve,it can be used in processing.
