Design And Implementation Of Mobile Document Management System Based On Workflow

With the development of social informatization and the acceleration of modern enterprise management informatization process,the management of enterprise internal data flow,information flow,capital flow has become important steps in the improvement of enterprise management,laying the foundation for enterprise to stride forward towards informatization.The advanced level of information processing and information processing is not only an important symbol of the modern enterprise management,but also a favorable means for enterprise to deepen the management and improve the benefit.The computer has been widely used in the daily office of the enterprises,the mobile document management system is explored for the party and government departments and enterprises,which is a user-friendly and practical document management software.In this paper,the design and development of the mobile document management system with the massive storage technology,flexible centralized and distributed coexistence of storage,relying on powerful workflow engine,provides support for document transfer,online approval and other online applications.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)To analyze workflow-based document management system research background,domestic and foreign development present situation,and introduce the related theories and development of technology,including J2EE technology,the WebLogic Server,JavaEE middleware framework,MySQL database and mobile app technology architecture.(2)To elaborate the requirement analysis and design principle of the document management system,and to analyze the function module and the workflow of the system,and focus on the analysis of the system security control strategy.It also contains the detailed design of the unified resource access control system,the main function modules of the system,and the system logic structure and physical structure.(3)To describe the operation environment of the system and the operation of the system deployment scheme.Based on the detailed design of the system,considering the basic traits and structure characters of workflow,the paper realizes the basic functions of the system,and the functions of system response time and concurrency for a comprehensive test.Through the implementation of the document management system,realize the effective management of the document flow,process supervision and results control,and gradually realize paperless office.So as to improve the level of office automation,improve the internal and external communication efficiency and collaboration efficiency.
