The Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow

Office automation(referred to as OA)refers to the use of technical means provided by modern information technology to improve the office work environment,improve the efficiency and level of work,intelligent office activities.The use of scientific management methods and advanced office automation equipment,the use of the rich information resources and network resources in order to improve efficiency,improve the management level and quality of work units,the fundamental purpose is to use office automation.This paper explores how to use workflow technology in designing and development of OA system,which will improve the system function and work efficiency.According to the demands of modernized office work,through to the analysis of workflow in OA system,has proposed an OA system model based on workflow,elaborated the superiority of B/S structure,realized the development of OA system under theASP.NET environment,and introduced the design of flow and the realization details of some key part.So,this paper emphasizes on discussing how to use workflow technology combined with office automation system to implement flexible office automation system.The main points of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the application of the technology in OA system.Workflow technology is the key technology to improve efficiency and productivity of business.Then,the paper introduces workflow structure,WFMS(WorkFlow Management System),and other related content.Secondly,in-depth analysis of workflow technology and abstract the concept of workflow and puts forward the corresponding formal description.Traditinaol workflow modeling method has some defects,such as too complex,rigidity and lack of feedback.After being analyzed the shortage of traditinaol workflow modeling method,a new method,UML-based workflow modeling method is put forward based on the standard workflow mathematical description to guide the design and implementation of OA system.Finally,design and implement OA system based on workflow technology.This system is based on the.NET Framework which can split the application into business module,application controlling module and data displaying module effectively.ADO.NET is used to realize the connection between programs and data.It's conventient for integration.The OA system based on the solution and technology of this paper,and according to the actual needs of a company has been used for half one year.That proves the solution is feasible.This system has completefunction,and is also easy to use,has satisfied business unit to daily work need,has achieved to standard office flow,reduce workcost,and enhance office efficiency by using workflow technology and the Web environment.
