Stamping automation production line is an important part of manufacturing equipment,which is the main part of the production line,so the monitoring of its running state?timely detection of faults and maintenance is to ensure the safety of industrial production?effective measures to reduce equipment maintenance cost.Taking RDU-JH21-25 press as research object,design and implementation of intelligent monitoring system for stamping automation production line based on Linux embedded system.First of all,according to the importance of the manufacturing industry to analyze the monitoring and maintenance of manufacturing equipment at home and abroad research status,according to the needs of the production line to complete the stamping automation production line intelligent monitoring system of the overall design,and then designed the monitoring terminal and the central monitoring system.Use the source code open,low cost,efficient and stable Linux operating system as an embedded operating system,using low-power,powerful samsung ARM architecture cortex-A8 architecture S5PV210 processor as a control the processor,and the hardware system of the monitoring system is designed.To build an embedded system development environment,the embedded Linux operating system is built by U-Boot transplantation ? Linux kernel transplantation and file system transplantation.After the completion of the system configuration to develop monitoring system applications,the monitored status parameters are transmitted over the network to the central monitoring system,in the central monitoring system through the web interface to view the monitoring of the state parameters,and can set the alarm threshold to achieve fault alarm,an alarm window to remind the staff.Finally,analysis of the monitoring data to typical oil temperature by wavelet transform analysis,standardized normalization of oil temperature data monitored for one month on large scale and medium and small scale,and then use the Mexican small cap wavelet and Morlet wavelet to analyze the change characteristics and cycle variation of this month oil temperature data,according to the characteristics of data changes to predict the occurrence of failure.The intelligent monitoring and maintenance system has been applied in the RDU-JH21-25 press,achieve the expected objectives of intelligent monitoring and maintenance of the stamping automation production line,improve the level of automation and networking of the monitoring and maintenance of the automatic stamping production line,which has some reference values for design and practical engineering application of automatic stamping production line as well as manufacturing equipment.
