In sheet metal stamping equipment for processing object, the production ofvarious kinds of stamping. Stamping production line as stamping equipment is a kind ofimportant application forms, in the actual of industrial automation area has extremelyextensive application and market. Along with the progress of science and technologyand all related discipline of rapid development and stamping production line ofautomation trend has irreversible. The fieldbus technology to form for thecommunication of distributed control system is becoming production line automation inan effective way. And now on the bus is not fully the real-time analysis, so that theanalysis of the bus agreement is very necessary.This paper according to the technical requirement of production line of the overalllayout and design, and specifically to each component unit designed and introduced,include: The first unit of the line, press units, robot cell line tail unit. Then, the paperanalyzes the production line of work timing and action processThis paper made an introduction and an analysis on the working mechanism of theFDL of the Profibus protocol, then the MAC layer protocol of the Profibus-DP wasmodified. Besides, based on the queuing theory, this paper also made a model of thenew MAC layer protocol, and a response waiting time formula was inferred from thedynamic time limited service strategy. Finally, through the calculation of anexample, this paper illustrated the relation between the response waiting time and thetarget polling cycle.The paper chooses Profibus-DP as the communication protocol. This paper madethe completion of the communication and information types of summary. The articleconfirmed the communication of communication devices and Lord Way about masterstation and slave station. For the establishment of a single master system andmulti-master systems, the paper describes a detailed analysis of their real-timeperformance.
