Then the design of centering device isdeveloped with the consideration of cost, efficiency and flexibility.With the debuging of the stamping production line, detailed plan of the productionline is designed. Considering the plate positioning way and discharging mode, make someautomatic adaptive transform on the mold of the production line.Through the commissioning test found that the pneumatic system has unstablefactors. The simulation and analysis of the pneumatic system is made with the help ofFluidsim software, and the pneumatic system is optimized.
