With the rapid increase in the cost of human resources, manual production mode inthe stamping workshop has restricted the increase in labor productivity and broughthazards to safety production, especially in small and medium manufacturing enterprises.To help enterprises to change the backward way of stamping in the current, an automatedstamping production line with switching-line feeding manipulator is designed.First the current developments and trends of automatic stamping techniques areanalyzed. And then the overall plan of stamping production line is determined with theactual situation of technological process and press machine. The equipment of theproduction line is proposed.In order to meet the needs of stamping production line, the equipment of theproduction line is designed. The advantages and disadvantages of common sheet metalseparation methods are analyzed. The reasonable way of breaking jam is proposed, and thedesign of destacker machine is finished include the structure and control scheme.Considering the horizontal structure, vertical structure, tooling structure, detection design,the switching-line feeding manipulator is designed. Then the design of centering device isdeveloped with the consideration of cost, efficiency and flexibility.With the debuging of the stamping production line, detailed plan of the productionline is designed. Considering the plate positioning way and discharging mode, make someautomatic adaptive transform on the mold of the production line.Through the commissioning test found that the pneumatic system has unstablefactors. The simulation and analysis of the pneumatic system is made with the help ofFluidsim software, and the pneumatic system is optimized.
