The monitoring of transmission line is very important for the enterprise to find out the fault line timely and accurately and to ensure the production process normally.Both large-sized and medium-sized enterprises desire to purchasing the suitable line fault monitoring system, but few enterprises can find their own suitable monitoring equipment which fits its characteristic completely because of its production projects, environment and distribution capacity.The author teamed up with a chemical enterprise,and studied the defection of the original monitoring system.This thesis analyzed variety types of interferer meeting in the transmission line monitoring,designed a new method combining the Mathematical Morphology with wavelet transform way which was based on the current common anti-interferer methods;and experiments was made by the simulation analysis and the locale datum.The author expected to collect accurate signal identification after the transmission line monitoring system was used,so that the higher rate of false alarm of the original system can be reduced.Because the new transmission line monitoring system will use the method above for data filter,the hardware system must be redesigned. The author gave following aspects for designing hardware:Because of scariness condition,the hardware system should be predigested in order to improve the system reliability;The low-pass filter of the original system hardware was removed and its function was replaced by data filter; The capability of ROM and RAM was extended and higher precision A/D transform-implement was adopted in order to meet the needs of data filter; A new alarm mode was designed in order to point out the fault occurs in which phase.The data filter is implemented mostly by software.This article redesigned the corresponding software system and its application software in order to ensure the realization of system functions.Stage-results has already made in this topic,which has been proved by the experiment which showed that new transmission line monitoring system had lower misinformation rate of alarm than original system. System performance must be tested by scene and time.
