At present,automated production line technology has been widely used in the field of industrial production,which is of great significance to improve the level of intelligence and production efficiency,as well as to improve product quality and reduce energy consumption,so it has higher application value.However,automation is the requirement of equipment monitoring and management maintenance under production mode,and also the improvement of the model.Maintenance and management personnel need to be familiar with it.In this paper,considering the requirement of training high-quality front-line operation technicians,the demand analysis is carried out,and an automatic production system based on Mitsubishi PLC is designed.The main components of this system include feeding,assembly,processing,sorting and so on.A PLC is set up to control the system.The programmable controller chooses Mitsubishi FX series.When the on-line system communicates with each other,the master and slave stations communicate with each other through RS485 serial communication,and on this basis,distributed control is carried out.The master and slave stations are configured on the spot through touch screen.In the process of platform design,it is carried out in accordance with the actual automation production line of enterprises,and ensures that all functions remain unchanged,reduces the size of mechanical components,and meets the requirements of teaching application.This system has high application value for practical teaching in Higher Vocational schools,and also can provide support for staff training.In the process of electric development of this platform,the electric development scheme is designed according to the application requirements.The overall composition of the platform and the corresponding working process are equipped,and then the appropriate controller and communication mode are selected.Then the pneumatic system and electrical control are designed.On this basis,the PLC program is compiled,and the configuration is carried out,and the test is carried out.
