According to the specificity of the sampling circuit of the collector of traditional meteorological station,the limitation of the meteorological elements using the wired acquisition mode and the difficulties that the functions are too concentrated to meet the demands of the exploration of complex terrain,a universal wireless meteorological data acquisition node based on KW01-ZigBee technology is designed and developed,which can collect temperature,humidity,wind speed,wind direction,light intensity,rainfall and atmospheric pressure—a total of seven kinds of meteorological elements and we can flexibly choose the meteorological elements according to application requirements with a distributed architecture.At present,it has been applied in a new type of wireless distributed automatic weather station.By extending other sensors,it can also be used in smart home,intelligent transportation and other fields,which has a good market value and application prospects.Compared with the conventional automatic weather station,the wireless distributed automatic weather station based on KW01-ZigBee has the advantages of simple installation,low cost,easy maintenance and easy expansion and it accords with the development trend of automatic weather station.Referring to the early research foundation of KW01-ZigBee in our laboratory,the hardware and software design of meteorological data acquisition node is guided by the idea of embedded system component.The core contents of this paper are as follows:(i)For the problem of poor compatibility of the data collector of the automatic weather station,the hardware structure of the meteorological data acquisition node is improved.It is easier to replace or increase the meteorological sensor by using the method of separating the sensor and meteorological data.The general board of the external circuit of the acquisition node is developed,which can be applied to a variety of different external meteorological sensors and the components of the circuit board are welded according to the functional requirements.The interface of a variety of sensors is unified,which solves the problem that different sensors have different external interfaces,making the sensor easier to maintain,replace and expand.(ii)The wireless communication protocol between the meteorological data acquisition node and gateway is designed.Secondly,I use the back propagation algorithm to reduce the data error of the data of the meteorological data acquisition node.Newly,Data is stored locally to restore data when a failure occurs.Eventually,the communication stability of meteorological data acquisition node is optimized and improved.(iii)The application of time and meteorological data acquisition node parameters management functions are completed with wireless distributed automatic weather station server program.The meteorological information of a variety of elements is displayed to the client,the web page and the App,so that the user can view and grasp the meteorological information of the wireless distributed automatic weather station anytime and anywhere.Practice has proved that the design of the meteorological data acquisition node based on KW01-ZigBee system can achieve the expected function,with the advantages of high real-time meteorological data,wireless transmission,low operation cost,flexible elements,providing a feasible solution for the automation of the weather.
