The ultimate goal to update and development the meteorological observation data is to serve the meteorological forecast better.At present,the fastest and largest development is the automatic weather observation equipment,the most is the automatic meteorological observation of temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind direction, wind speed, rainfall station, how to better in the province wide implementation of the observational data collection, storage, distribution processing desktop applications, is a an urgent problems to be solved.The thesis is research the process of application system based on provincial data of automatic meteorological station, analyzes the present weather station data processing application system, according to the weather station data processing flow, designed the architecture of processing system of automatic weather station data. The core function of processing system of automatic weather station data at the provincial level can be divided into three parts, including the original observation data collection transponder subsystem, storage subsystem, the application display processing subsystem.The collect data forwarding subsystem is the foundation of the whole system that main function is collect and transfer the data processing storage subsystem is the key, excellent storage procedures and reasonable database design is the system guarantee; the application of display is the core, the system is affected by the business personnel’s approval, its design the function, efficiency and humanity is the key. Firstly, according to the system construction goal of requirements analysis, and then is put forward according to the actual demand of the target design and the implementation of the system, finally has carried on the system function test in detail, the testing results show that the system has reached the requirements put forward the goal.This thesis analyzes the present situation and application requirements of the province’s observation data of automatic weather station, combined with meteorological information based system and independent research and development, using JAVA, FLEX, Oracle, GIS and other languages and tools, design and implementation of a terrestrial broadband and satellite communication based on the original data collection, storage and application of Oracle database is presented as the support, the B/S application system provincial processing system for automatic weather station data, provide efficient, fast and automatic weather station data query, statistics, analysis, mapping, download and other functions for the meteorological service personnel, effectively improve the observation data of the automatic weather station application service level.
