| With the rapid development of China’s economic and social impact of climate changeand meteorological disasters in China’s social and economic development is also increasing,the sharp increase in social demand for high-quality meteorological services. Meteorologicalservice work is based on a large number of meteorological observation information and data,meteorological information and data rich, accurate and standardized meteorologicaloperations, research, and the prerequisite and guarantee service level.In recent years, the ground automatic weather station observation system graduallyreplace artificial weather station,and became the main methods of undertaking the task ofsurface meteorological observation,the data observed by which has become data source ofweather forecast system and scientific research personnel. And, to be automatic observationdata of time and space greatly exceed the density of artificial observation, have showedobvious superiority. In the whole nation each provincial meteorological department, Regionalautomatic weather station (RAWS) observation data, Especially in database of real-time datastored, has set up a file in the various meteorological business, research and service work tobe widely applied, its data analysis are concerned.In this work, the research and application status of data mining at home and abroad inmeteorological data analysis was firstly reviewed and the achievements and disadvantages ofdata mining in the analysis of meteorological data were elucidated. Secondly, we analyzed thecharacteristics of RAWS data,application status,and service requirement. According to thecharacteristics of RAWS data,we design the analysis system steps of RAWS data,and usedata mining methods to analysis system of RAWS data. Based on the study of systemfunction, we design the function module and the storage structure of RAWS e data under theanalysis system. The analysis system reference data was stored in the metadata database,designed and realized unified and integrated meteorological database, uniform and centralizeddata storage structure and quality control method, and the application model and interfacespecification for meteorological data service are brought up. We also designed and instructedanalysis system. Finally the detailed test is applied to ensure the availability and robustness ofthe system.We only finished the arrangement of meteorological data, creation of database and eanalysis of meteorological data. Further research on management of metadata, analysis ofmeteorological data and improvement of service quality for industrial users will be developlater. |
