Quality Control And Management Of Digitization Of Paper-Based Archives

With the advent of the information age,the traditional paper-based archives can not meet the needs of the public for the use of archival information resources.It is an urgent task for archivists to use digital means to convert the information contained in archives into digital form,and to realize the transformation of the value of paper-based archives.In order to improve the efficiency of digitization of paper-based archives and digital image quality as the research theme,this paper first analyzes the meaning and goal of digitalization of paper-based archives,and through the construction of digital archives system,the main influencing factors of digitization of paper-based archives improvement and integration;secondly,the influence factors of the digital image quality is discussed to get the method to control the quality of digital images;finally,through the planning and implementation of the digitization of paper-based archives project,describes the process of management of digitization of paper-based archives.
