| Archives information resources are the most important resources in the information age,and other developed countries in Europe and the United States are actively building archives and archives use database and electronic records center.The digitalization of archives is the foundation of the construction of archival information resources,and the digital construction of the county archives is the most basic and the most important part of the information construction.The author has long research in X county archives,and master a large first-hand information.The author has a detailed observation of the working status of the staff in the X county archives.Digital archives not only heavy workload,time-consuming,and there is no obvious economic benefits,have invested large amounts of funds,reflect the social benefits also has obvious lag,and is heavily dependent on the accumulation of digital content,therefore around the digital archives work although started early,but progress has been slow.Archivists has long been engaged in in the management of paper files,and lack of advanced regional archives of exchange learning,no new archives personnel flows in,so for the understanding of the construction of the digitized archives is not profound.Archives digitization project only relies on archives staff to take a long time,the service outsourcing and the lack of financial support.As the author of the X county from traditional archives to the experience of the construction of digital archives.In this paper,we will show the difficulties facing X county in the process of constructing modern archives and practical problems.Based on this the author hope to the perspective of a witness,by summing up the X county archives in promoting the experience and lessons of the construction of digital archives,combined with archival science,sociology and management science principle,for the construction of digital archives of grassroots provide theoretical support,and hope to the point of view of work try to demonstrate this approach to policy,in order to get a consistent with X county is actual circumstance of modern digital archives museum construction scheme.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first part,some basic concepts related to the construction of archives digitization are introduced,which are the characteristics of archives digitization,digital archives,archives informatization and digital archives information.In the second part,it illustrates the necessity of the construction of archives digitization from three aspects of the objective environment,the better preservation and the use of archives and the better service of the public and the government.In the third part,the paper puts forward the path of archives digitization construction from four aspects:the determination of the basic standard of archives digitalization,the perfection of the infrastructure,the cultivation of information talents,and the security of the information.In the fourth part,inadequate understanding of the importance of the construction of the digitized archives of X county archives,archival work,less government spending on infrastructure,the exercise of archives function confusion,it is difficult to meet the demand of the public,five aspects of the comprehensive quality of personnel were analysis,show the difficulties faced by the construction of the digitized archives.The fifth part,from the point of view of the county archives put forward countermeasures for the construction of the digitized archives work,first from the concept of change the file management of further strengthen construction of archival resources,strengthening the administrative ability of the archives(bureau),content and methods to improve the archives service,especially to encourage the participation of the public and social cooperation,finally to the attraction and training of talents. |
