| Since the tenth five-year plan of the national archives,the national archives department has taken the collection of the collection archives as an important part of the construction of archives resources system.According to the information-based deployment of China's archives,by 2020,we will still adhere to the guiding ideology of "stock digitization and incremental digitization".At present,digital work such as paper files,photo archives and audio-visual files has entered into a normalized and normalized operation state,while the research and practice of the digitization of physical files,especially the 3d digitization of physical files,is still very lacking,which is the main reason for the author to launch this study.The digitization technology based on 3d scanning is now widely applied in museum cultural relics digitalization.The three-dimensional scanning technology can completely copy the geometrical physical characteristics of the recorded cultural relics,and can reconstruct the three-dimensional model through the three-dimensional model,which can reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the high simulation,which provides the technical guarantee for the author's three-dimensional digital digitization of real physical filesBased on the characteristics and requirements of electronic records management,this study has carried out a research on 3d digital process,method and metadata of physical files,designed a set of 3d digital physical file metadata scheme,proposed a 3d digital process and method of physical files,and verified the 3d digitization of concrete objects.This research can provide practical guidance for archives in 3d digitization of physical files such as cups,flags,prizes and certificates.The research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background and significance,the feasibility of research and the main content and innovation points of the research.The second part is an overview of 3d digitization of physical files,and defines the related concepts involved in the research.In this paper,two-dimensional and three-dimensional digitization of physical files are compared.The third part is the design of 3d digital specification of physical files,which is the key content of this research,including "a set of metadata scheme" and "a digital process and method".The fourth part is the verification of the 3d digital process and method of physical files.The fifth part analyzes the application of 3d digitized results of physical files in virtual display,digital preservation and virtual restoration of physical files.The sixth part summarizes and prospects the research in this paper. |
