The Design And Implementation Of Aerospace Photograph Archives Management System

The amount of photo archives in space archives increased from about 10000 copies in 1999 to nearly 110000 copies nowadays and it is anticipated that the amount will run to 400000.At present, contradictions between the traditional archive management mode and the surge of photo files in photo archives management with space industry rapid development stands out and the new photo archives management is particularly urgent. In real work, there are lot problems such as the photo archives processing trivial, query statistics, archives utilization inferior. The lagging in the management way has become one of bottleneck for the further development of archives work in the space, and it is not suitable software system for the space photo archives management for use.This paper analyzes the background and the state of development of archive information management system at home and abroad and sets forth the necessity of the system development in brief and the mainly problems in photo archive management; it states the aims of this system, the total design plan and the design of function module; it puts forward the road to make it come true, that is C/S structural pattern and uses the language of Delphi to develop the aerospace archive management system. It also uses Greater Ware to be the interlayer and realize data compression and security access control. The service firewall uses IP and MAC filtration technology. In this way, no mater the customers use static IP or ADSL; it can make sure the visit legal and secure. It uses SQL Server data base as system databases to store information. It can realize role settings of implementation of file management, permissions settings, file meta data entry, filing, file statistics, design and implementation of file library management business process, application of the photo archives management system from the traditional manual management to the electronic management, solve the difficulty and low speed to archive, use photographs of red tape, film and digital photo management to unified real business problems, provide the basis for the construction of digital archives construction, regulate the business process.In the system application, it has been clear about the various business department’s responsibility and authority, according to fundamentally eliminate the vacuum business work. It provides a reference to the practice of the photo archives management system for each unit to the file system.
