Digital Video System Of Court Trial Based On Streaming Media

Now, in Internet multimedia (Video,Audio and so on) is growing fast. In order to adapt the massively real-time multimedia information on network, the streaming transmission technology has been born. The streaming media is the media use the streaming transmission technology , for example, Audio, Video and other multimedia documents. The streaming media is not to download the entire document before broadcasting,and will store the partial contents into the memory only,the streaming media transmit and broadcast as necessary.Based on the present popular streaming media technology, this paper establishes a network transmission system initially with doing the massive analyses and research with the foundation to the correlation theory and the essential technology. This system will have the following characteristic and the function: 1.The system first floor skeleton is consistent with the current mainstream technology maintenance; 2.The overall system development uses the object-oriented design idea, divides into various functions module, each module all provides to the outside connection, in order to next duplicate will use; 3.In order to control system with the thorough first floor , the partial modules use the entire software to realize, also the overall system realization does not need the specific hardware, so it has the universality; 4.This system mainly aims at the network transmission with the low band width , in this plan ,the compression decoding technology, the transmission protocol and so on are consistent with at present newest solution maintenance; 5.The extension is this system's mainly characteristic, in order to cause the system integrity, it provides all kinds of expansion connections to satisfied kinds of multimedia project applications and researches; 6.Constructs the streaming media server to satisfy several real-time and the document customer requests.
