Improvement of working efficiency in Court of Justice is based on improvement of management and level of making strategic decision, what is more, top management and strategic decision, cannot be obtained without rapid accurate and adequate information. Rapid transmitting, communication, disposing, sharing of vast information amount is premise, and indispensable terms of scientific decision. In order to accelerate establishment of office automation and improve working quality and efficiency, computer should be accepted as a way of information disposing and modern management information system should be achieved in Court of Justice.This thesis analyzes the weakness in present management and puts forward necessity of establishing modern management information system in Court of Justice. In addition the writer has already analyzed several popular management patterns at home and abroad, through comparison and worked out management pattern of Court of Justice in the light, of present situation in court of flowing process in handing cases should be improved with the help of cases management, statistical graphs and auxiliary ways of handling cases, what makes it fair and just in Judicature and Supervision management information System in Court of Justice, according to this management pattern, basing on RUP iterative modeltheory, we discussed analysis,design,implement of Management System for Court and finished these following research:(1) Finished the Requirement Analysis. Basing on analysis of real business, we represented the system function requirements and angebened the function requirements of case business process, including Court of Filing Case,Court of Division Court of Ending Case.(2) Finished system modeling of OOAD. In system requirement modeling phase, basing on anlysing the actors and use cases, we gave out system package diagrams,use case diagrams,use case describes of each sub system, such as filing case,division,Lawsuit,justice statistics etc;In system concept modeling pharse,we gave out system entity objects,entity object attributes,concept class diagrams; In object-behavior modeling pharse, we gave out each sequence diagram of each sub system;In object-relation modeling pharse, we gave out system collectivity class diagram and class diagrams of each sub system.(3) Basing on MVC Pattern, We implemented the Management System for Court and introduced the implementation of entity classes,view classes and controller classes, moreover, we gave out some human machine interface.
