Grassroots People's Court Case Information Management System Research

The information management system for case execution of basic people's court has achieved functions of execution business from such aspects as court's inner information management for case, information search, statistics and analysis of relative data, this paper analyzed and designed this system in detail.First, this paper analyzed and studied the relative technology and business background, as well as the needs of people's court's executive information management system. Then, based on the above analysis, the basic schema of this system has been identified and studied and designed in detail. Next, this paper analyzed such problems as connection pooling and exception handling which we encountered during the system's development process, at the same time, put forward satisfactory technological solutions.JAVA language, one of the most popular program languages in the world, is used in the development of this system. Basing on multilayered model of J2EE schema, the system adopts SSH frame which meets MVC pattern(Struts,Spring,Hiebernate). This system also adopts the main trend in this industry -----RUP(Rational Unified Process),the uniform software development. Taking use case as drive, schema as center, iteration and increment as development principle would make the system well stable, reliable, maintainable, transferable, and extendible.The development and application of the information management system for case execution of basic people's court would be beneficial to improving the quality and efficiency of information management for case execution of basic people's court, and to impartiality of case execution, and would also bring satisfactory benefits of law, social and economic benefits.
