The Design And Implementation Of The Correlated Case Retrieval System Of People’s Court

Nowadays, as information is developing at its full speed, the People’s Court follows this trend and vigorously promote the construction of information technology so as to improve the management of the court fundamentally, to complete the docking of traditional management and information management of court perfectly and to realize a qualitative leap in the management mode of the judicial department. As the number of the cases that have been dealt with keep increasing year by year and some of them have a long cycle period, it is difficult for Judges to grasp all the details of the case and the critical points and relative cases can often be left out. In addition, there often happens that the same cases are registered and litigated repeatedly in many courts, thus leading to logic confusion in dealing with the case. Furthermore, it can be very difficult to find out the group high crime rate and then control and monitor them only by human power. Under all of these backgrounds, in order to offer a better service for handling the case, the People’s Court have a need to correlate the case retrieval system. In this thesis, I design and accomplish the correlated case retrieval system according to the demands.The correlated case retrieval system that I design and accomplish in this thesis includes the retrieval of all kinds of cases just like criminal, civil, administrative, executive case and so on. It supports the relational information query about party, handling process and the petition; it can also make query, statistics and early warning on the repeated lawsuit situation. This system is built upon the integrated information system of the court, for the B/S as its main structure, J2EE as its basic platform, I design and accomplish it using the MVC design thinking integrated with the spring, hibernate and Ajax technology. At present, this system has been applied to People’s Court; it has been popularized within certain realms. Practices show that by using this tool the judge can significantly improve his integral grasp on the relative details of the cases. This system has a strong practical characteristic.In this thesis, firstly, I illustrated the project background, the main research work and the organization structure of this thesis; secondly, I introduced the correlated technologies that have been used in the project, and then I made the requirement analysis, overall design, detailed design and the implement of this system; finally, a summary and prospect about the work at present stage is made.
