In this thesis,the background and current situation of the studies on intelligent monitoring system of heat-supply network at home and abroad was reviewed,the main contents and the key problems to be solved were raised.Then,according to the actual needs of the project of the heat supply company,analysis the operational principle of heat exchange station and the system principle of the Intelligent Monitoring System were analyzed,the overall design of the Intelligent Monitoring System was completed.According to the design principle,project requirements and the related parameters,the control program of Intelligent Monitoring System was formulated,stressing on the design of the local control and remote monitoring.Finally,the system was debugged according to the design object.Mainly includes: the touch screen software debugging,the communication system debugging and the monitoring software debugging.The main contents of the thesis includes the following three aspects:1.The design object of the Intelligent Monitoring System was cleared according to the actual needs.The design includes the analysis of the thermodynamic parameters,the reasonable distribution and arrangement of temperature and pressure measuring points,the selection of the software of the Intelligent Monitoring System and the design of the control program.2.The corresponding control circuit was designed.Thus,the average control of the secondary side supply and return water temperature,the opening control of the hand valve and the electric valve,the control of the circulating pumps and the makeup water pumps of the secondary side in the heat exchange station.3.Through the system debugging and the trial run,the existing problems in the Intelligent Monitoring System was found and solves without delay.Ultimately,the Intelligent Monitoring System running smoothly.This thesis has two innovation spots.First,the local control system was achieved mainly through the touch screen interactive software.In this way,the operation effectiveness of staff was raised and the failure rate during the heating operation was reduced.Secondly,the coupling of the Intelligent Monitoring System and the Climate Compensator was realized.According to the change of the secondary side supply andreturn water temperature and the outdoor temperature,the Climate Compensator can control the outlet water temperature and achieve the automatic moisture control.Thus,the goal of energy saving can be achieved.At the end of this thesis,the system on-line debugging and running was successfully completed.The system can implement real-time monitoring on each nodes and know the actual movement situation of the local control system and remote monitoring system.Eventually,the overall design of the Intelligent Monitoring System was completed.According to the secondary side supply and return water temperature,the level of the regulating valve was adjusted automatic.The intelligent control of the secondary side supply and return water temperature was achieved successfully.It's verified that the system can satisfied the intelligence demand of the heat supply company through the trial run.
