With the development of economic, low-carbon life has been more and more popular inthe daily life. It uses advanced science technology to reasonably distribute heat and explorecentral heating, which is significant for social energy-saving and emissions decreasing. Heattransfer station is the core part of the central heating system. Advanced control technologyand automatic adjustment device should be used to achieve the heating of the whole systemin different period and part. It brings excellent benefits in economic and environment.Therefore, the research and application of controlling system in heat transfer station havepractical significance and value.Firstly, the paper carries on comprehensively summarizing the development status ofheat transfer station. It has discussed the necessity of the existing of unattended heat transferstation, and has described the problems to be solved in the current heat transfer station. Then,it has designed the intelligent controller which takes ARM as the core. It is dedicated toremote heat transfer station. The paper has summarized the overall design of the controllingsystem of the whole remote heat transfer system, describing the hardware and softwaredesign of the core controller in details. Finally, it introduces the interfaces of man-machineinteraction touch screen MT4000and the working principle of GPRS module forlong-distance data exchange.For the controlling characteristics of remote heat transfer station system, the controllingsystem of heat transfer system is divided into central station control and local control.Central station control is responsible for the monitoring of the whole heating system and itscontrolling part; local control can achieve the automatic control of the heat exchange stationproduction process. The design describes the local control in details. GPRS module isincluded in the design, whose function is to realize the data communication between theremote central station and the local heat transfer station.In the design, the local controller of heat transfer station use the dedicated controller,whose core is LM3S8962MCU. It can realize the data acquisition, such as the analogsignals, including temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level.etc, and the switch controlsignals of the device including circulation pump and water supply pump.etc. According tothe pre-set parameters, proper adjustment would be done, and the result of operation can betransmitted into actuator to realize the corresponding operation. The experiment shows thatthe controller is stable in running, and convenient in operation, which has excellent remotecontrollability.
