Heat exchange station is a very important part in the central heating system. As the technology of automation and computer communication goes further, many foreign heat exchange station systems have realized automatic control. In China, however, most of the heat exchange stations are just manually operated by experience and the automation degree is low, so it is hard to meet client requirements of dynamic adjusting. All these cause the heating temperature is difficult to be controlled, the system of water replenishing and pressure relief disorder and the frequency regulation is not reasonable. This not only causes bad effect to heating quality, safety, economy, but also wastes a large number of energy and human resources.This paper designs a set of intelligent management and control system of heat exchange station. The system chooses different control algorithm according to the process characteristics of each link, realizing the control of backwater temperature with climate compensation and time correcting, safe and reliable water replenishing and pressure relief, power saving of frequency control by using ITGC (Intelligent Track Guiding Controller), dynamic timely correct given-value and practical intelligent Pang-Pang control. At the same time, the technology of GPRS and network video monitoring is used for heat exchange station management and monitoring, well achieving the aim of "distribution control, centralized management".The heat exchange station systems have lager time constant and serious time delay. PID controller is difficult to give consideration to both of the dynamic and static index demands. The integral saturated, differential link to noise amplification also restricts the control effect, and the traditional method of error-getting is too simple. So it is easy to cause the control system disorders. ITGC uses the step response curve of first-order inertia link instead of the original step given-value, and the original "target management" is transformed into "process management", which can effectively overcome the defects of the traditional PID control algorithm. The experiments of temperature control platform and Matlab show that ITGC control algorithm has simple structure, convenient parameter setting and good robustness.The actual operation results of heat exchange station in a university show that the intelligent management and control system of heat exchange station has good stability and it can solute the problem of heating temperature control, water replenishing and pressure relief control and frequency regulation perfectly. The system meets the comfort, safety, energy-saving and economy requirements. In the meantime, the technology of GPRS and network video monitoring has strong real-time property and high transmission rate, which can realize remote monitoring for each heat exchange station...
