Heat-Supply Network monitor is an integrated system project. The manage department take a real-time effective monitor on the once-net and second-net by a accurate and a perfect monitor system, in order to implement controlling effective on the operational parameter of each net point. To a great deal of dispersal heat exchange station's auto monitored system, the present mature monitor system has some kinds of problems regardless it use which kind of mechanics of communication, which also has its own merits and drawbacks, but the common drawbacks are big adjustment quantities, large investment, high subsequent maintenance charge, small upgrading space of the system, insecure and so on.. In order to solve the mentioned problems above, this paper presents a design of wireless field engineering (FE) bus technology based on Heat-Supply Network monitor.This paper analyses the features about data transfer of Heat-Supply Network monitor, such as small data size, low real-time performance, and the data transfer has priority class division. In this foundation above, this subject design a wireless FE bus model based on the ISO/OSI model, also present a network configuration which have center topology adjusted the Heat-Supply Network monitor and a master-slave centralization access control. It makes a wireless FE bus protocol in detail based on hot net through physics layer, data link layer and application layer of OSI reference model. It also design wireless communication node based on ARM LPC2119 and NRF905, and program corresponding signal procedure according to the designed model. The originality innovation of this subject is: using the wireless FE bus technology in the hot net monitor reduces the cost of Heat-Supply Network monitor system widely, and increases the system's reliability, ascent a new level on the implementation facility of Heat-Supply Network monitor system.This study carry a practice debug application in a Fu Shun resident community Heat-Supply Network monitor system. The design of wireless FE bus protocol based on Heat-Supply Network and wireless communication node based on ARM LPC2119 and NRF905 totally satisfy the real-time performance and reliability of system. This system also uses an error control to debug in software aspect, avoiding the interference in FE, winding the whole system reliability.
