With the quickly development of the city construction and economy,environmental protection and saving energy become more and more important. The city concentration heat-supply also become the trend to the city particularly to the north city. How to make the concentration heat-supply system run in good status with high efficiency become a necessary problem to be resolved.This paper takes the central heating system as its research object. according to the analysis of heat-supply condition of our country, we designed heat-exchange station with remote control. Introducing domestic and foreign general situation of heat supplying and the structure of Heat-exchange station,We introduced the method of adjusting the temperature of the second net. station. In addition, we apply inverter technique to adjust flow in heat supplying system and make water pressure constant in order to save energy. Finally, we take one user one heat meter to improve the consciousness to save energy.Also, we designed remote control system(SCADA) based on GPRS. Real-time supervise and control the heat-net.we introduced the structure and theory of GPRS.Finally, the project is summarized. the system has advantages in the aspects of reliability, high adjusting accuracy as well as saving energy. By GPRS, the system has the merits of fast to transmit and realizes the remote control with good real-time.
