With the development of industry,as well as the enhancement of environmental awareness,central heating gradually replaces the traditional decentralized heating.Heat transfer station is an important part of the central heating system,connecting the hot and hot users,the working of heat transfer station directly affects the quality of heating.The distribution of heat transfer station has been rather dispersed,relying on manpower for daily inspection and meter reading,not only a waste of manpower,but also can not be real-time monitoring.It is necessary to design a remote monitoring system of heat exchange stations.At present,most of the domestic directly purchase of large-scale monitoring software,although able to meet the demand,for small and medium-sized heat companies,its cost is higher,and various functions take up a lot of system resources,complex operation,the staff can not get started directly.This paper chooses the VS2013 as the main development environment,uses the configuration technology,COM,thread pool,and GPRS technology to develop the remote monitoring system for heat exchange station.Firstly,based on the analysis of the demand of,the paper shows the overall design scheme of the remote monitoring system.According to the different functions,adopt the modular design idea,the whole system is divided into configuration system,data storage center and run time system of the three parts.After clarifying the design tasks of each module,the key techniques used in the design process are introduced.The configuration system is a platform for the secondary development of the remote monitoring system.Based on the configuration technology,providing a drag-and-drop customization environment for the user.The user can configure and manage the remote monitoring system according to the needs,including database,pictures,report and user rights management.the screen configuration module was implemented based on the factory pattern and the dynamic link library technology.The RBAC(Role-Based Access Control)model is used to design the user rights management module.The data storage center is a bridge connecting the configuration system and the running system.It is the data sharing center of each module of the system,saves the configuration information and the heat exchange station operation data,and also provides th data for running system.The data storage center includes the storage of real-time data and historical data.First of all,select the appropriate real-time database after comparison,then design the data table based on FastDB disk mode,and using COM component technology to realize database access interface.Finally,the storage of historical data is briefly intoduced,the historical data serialized to the dat file in binary form,and using multi-level directory to manage the historical documents.The run time system is the operating state of the monitoring system,which is the core part of realizing the remote monitoring.Including data communication layer,system presentation layer,remote access layer.The remote data interaction between the instrument and the system is realized by using GPRS communication technology.Show the real-time working conditions of the heat exchange station in pictures,report and other forms,while the parameters setting function achieve the remote control of the station.This paper designed a message alarm service based on GSM/SMS and SMS cat.Based on the Web server,the remote access layer is designed to realize the function of accessing the database through the browser.Finally,the test of the function and performance of the system proves the feasibility of the design,the expected target can be realized and the needs for remote monitoring of the heat exchange station can be met.
