With the continuous promotion of economic globalization,the development of enterprises in the market economy environment is closely related to the acquisition of talents,and the competition between enterprises is gradually focusing on the competition of talents.But through the investigation on the current situation of the enterprise and talent docking,there is such a phenomenon: on the one hand,enterprises can not find the real right person,on the other hand is the real talent is not the best use.In fact,this phenomenon is the contradiction between the traditional recruitment mode and the rapid growth of talent demand.This traditional recruitment method makes it difficult for enterprises to get the counterpart demand of human resources,which seriously hinders the development of enterprises.If we can not effectively solve the problem of personnel recruitment,will seriously affect the overall planning and business development hinder enterprise development.Based on this,it is necessary to make full use of modern technical means to design a network recruitment management system.Starting from solving the problem of docking between enterprises and talents,looking for an effective way of recruitment,this study designs a set of recruitment management system applicable to the user enterprise.Specific innovations are as follows:(1)by combining the index and dissimilarity parameter,the traditional K-Means algorithm is improved,and the accuracy and validity of data filtering and mining are improved.(2)system function,from the user's point of view,combined with business logic construction,to solve the practicability and convenience.Its functional structure mainly focuses on enterprise user subsystem,ordinary user subsystem,recruitment subsystem and background management subsystem,and each system contains a number of small subsystem functions.(3)design a solution to provide different business functions based on user login identity,and realize business logic changes according to user permissions.(4)on the realization of the technical route mainly includes ASP.NET technology,B/S structure combined with Visual Studio2012 development.Three layer structure(DAL+BLL+UI)is used to develop Microsoft SQL Server database.The basic characteristics of the design and implementation of the enterprise recruitment management system is that the enterprise itself can achieve personalized customization.Combined with the actual situation of employment services in Guangzhou,Panyu District,do a good job of targeted treatment,to solve the employment problem of Panyu District talent,ease the employment center service pressure.The system in the specific application process,the effect is remarkable,achieved good results,network system recruitment effectiveness improved significantly.
