With the continuous development of computer technology,the new technologies,such as the Internet of things,cloud computing and big data,appear constantly,and the concept of "Internet +" has also been vigorously advocated and developed.In the enterprise,human resource management has become absolutely necessary part with the enterprise management.Using handwork method managed human resource leading to wasting time and energy,being easy to appear errors,cumbersome operation and lower efficiency.The current human resource management system integrated highly with enterprise.So,the previous management mode is gradually changed,and instead,it is replaced by the management mode of informatization and networking.In this paper,Using the advanced computer technology to develop the enterprise human resource management system,which makes human resource management informatization and networking.The developed system can reduce the work burden of enterprise employees and can adjust measures to local conditions mobilize staff in a real-time and efficiently way,which exerts the potential of employees and improves the economic benefits of enterprises as soon as possible.At first,this paper comprehensively analyzes the basic needs of human resource management system.What's more,ULHA operator introduced into the evaluation system of human resource management.Finally the system is adopted the advanced process of the software development,researched and designed the functional modules of the system in detail,and put forward a comparatively and detailed solutions for the development of the system.The system is based on the core concept of human resources and a human resource management system of high efficiency,high accuracy and convenient operation.It mainly involves eight function modules:personal management,personnel management,scheduling,pay and social security,statistical reports,performance appraisal and organizational management,which makes the system an organic whole.In order to deal with the future function expansion of the enterprise,according to actual needs.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the system,also including the research present situation of the domestic and foreign and the existing main problems,and introduces the related technology and theory of the system;Secondly,the system has carried on the analysis of functional requirements and non-functional requirements;Thirdly,it expounds the design of the system overall technical architecture,the using of the ULHA evaluation model,the design of all function modules and the design of the database;Finally,The system implemented and tested the main module.However,testing results meet the design basic requirements of the system.The developed system is easy to operate,simple to use and easy to extend.The system not only improves the efficiency of enterprises and the market competition ability,but also enhances the enthusiasm and work efficiency of the employee.As follow,this article has two main working:(1)Using the J2EE technology,B/S mode and SSH framework to carry on the system development,the developed system has a good scalability and low coupling.The employees can work anytime and anywhere by entering the browser,which is relevant to the concept of cloud office;(2)Introducing the ULHA evaluation model into the enterprise human resource management system,the system can better help enterprises to make reasonable assessment on the company's employees,conduct a comprehensive and humanized management and help enterprises to make better decisions in the hiring process.
