With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, enterprise reform thinking and creative thinking are undergoing earthshaking changes in land cover and human resources human resouce in the enterprise status gradually improved. Human resources gradually from mere external recruitment work into a set of recruitment, training, assessment, payroll, employee career planning, enterprise strategic adjustment in one. However, for the construction of enterprise culture is particularly important. The most important purpose of human resource management lies in the balance of enterprise resources and human resources, which is particularly important for the future development and long-term strategy of the whole enterprise.At present, China Southern Power Grid Group's human resources department has completed the external recruitment work from the original set of recruitment, assessment, training, salary management functions in the transformation of one, but the internal human resource management system is still the old system, only the recruitment function. A platform of network human resources mainly southern power grid group to build a stable, efficient, secure platform to human resources, which is mainly responsible for recruitment, screening, training, salary management, assessment and other forms of employee management, analysis and to enhance the overall quality, tailored for the southern power grid to the amount of the group, get rid of the past "millet plus rifles" model.This paper on the basis of the existing enterprise human resource platform based framework and characteristics of prominent Southern Power Grid Company, combined with J2 EE Lightweight Framework(SSI) to design a flexible, efficient, stable, sound and to the dissemination of grid enterprise culture human resource platform, analysis of the power grid enterprises ability of personnel, to the demands of the enterprises, the internal personnel construction of a full range of management and control, with the high quality products to improve the competitiveness in the industry. Human resource platform is divided into five employee information management, recruitment management, training and examination management, performance evaluation and salary welfare functions, each function module has several sub function, to form a complete platform.The platform for the B / S architecture, database storage is completed by the Oracle database and the platform is implemented by J2 EE framework of the Sturts+Spring+ibats, in highlight of enterprise staff quality raise, after the technological learning and detailed needs analysis, complete functions design, finally through the code will be the platform to achieve.
