China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Bureau always uphold the human resources is the first resource concept,and strive to improve the level of human resources management.However,with the continuous expansion of the size of the company and the increase of the number of employees,the existing human resource management mode has not adapted to the future development of the company,the urgent need to promote human resource management information construction and improve management level.To this end,the project design and implementation of the B/S based company human resource management system,the realization of enterprise human resource management automation.This paper takes the human resource management system of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau as the research object,uses the B/S architecture pattern and the J2EE development technology,takes the SSH frame technology as the support,uses the Oracle 10 database to carry on the development.Firstly,on the basis of investigation,the system analysis and overall design are carried out,and the feasibility analysis,functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis of the system are carried out in turn.The business process of human resource management in enterprise is analyzed through the use case and data flow chart.The functional requirements of the system are described and analyzed in detail.Based on the requirement analysis,the overall design of the system,including system architecture design,network topology design and overall function design.In addition,the database design is also carried out,and the E-R diagram of the typical module is given,and the data table is designed.Then,the detailed design and implementation of each functional module of the whole system is completed.Based on the analysis of system requirements and the overall design of the system,complete the design of the corresponding specific functions,and to achieve.The implementation of the basic information management module,human resource management module,salary management module,attendance management module,performance evaluation module,system maintenance module and other functional modules are described in detail.Finally,the system is tested,and the test indicators meet the design requirements and the needs of the company's human resource management.The use of human resource management system based on B/S model provides a strong guarantee and support to improve the level of human resource management and business efficiency,effectively improve the level of enterprise information management,improve management efficiency,save operating costs,has the important practical significance.
