Design And Implementation Of A Health Products Experience Service Management System Based On C/S Framework

Now there are so many health care products in the market conditions.How to make customer believe in the effectivensee and rationality of those products?Health products company pay close attention to this question.Experience service may be one of solutions.So they all need a new kind of system to help them manage this service.A management system about experience service of health products aims at the message control of experience service.It can help company to manage the customer's personly infomation,the experience application records,customer's health state records,telephone visit records,order of health products and the listing of experience service products.This thesis gets the requirement of this service in the base of health products analysis,then devises some management modulse.Management modulses consist of customer's infomation management,experience application records,customer's health state records,telephone visit records,order of health products and the listing of experience service products.The customer's infomation management can type-in customers'resume and customers' body state before using health products,then we can conpare it to the newest one.The experience application records management has a new management model in allusion to this management.Also it can print out the application records,then people can use the paper to check out.In the customer's health state records management,we can have series of views which take notes in customer's health records.Save pictures and videos can help people to control speedly.The telephone visit records management has the function that take notes in customer's message and visit goal.it can let people supervise easily.In the order of health products management,we can check and save the order records.When people need something else to experience,manager can type-in health products which can be expericed.This function can help manager control conveniently.At last,we lay out the enviroment of this system.we use Visual Basic and Access data base to acheive this system.We get a result of this system has effctivense and rationality by means of many experiments.
