Smart Health Scale And Application Design Based On Service Design Concept

With the speeding of human life rhythm,the health problems stand out increasingly.As the rapid development of Internet of things and Internet technology,many about health and movement of smart hardware appear.Smart health scale with advanced technology is commonly used in many family as health measurement products,It will be a good starting point for family health management.Through the market research of Smart health scale and its application,it found that there be mainly the three points of deficiency in domestic and foreign market currently: It's lack of the study on the user experience in smart health scale and its application,lack of the overall design for health management service,lack of the thinking of differentiation in Smart health scale and its application.In order to solve these problems,this paper conducted the following work:First of all,according to the study of service design theory,this paper Put forward the Smart device researched process based on the concept of service design,which is divided into seven stages: planning service touch spot,analyzing user emotions,refining the user requirements,analyzing pain points and opportunities,planning new service process,designing the product and App,evaluating the service.Secondly,In the planning service touch spot stages,according to the research and experience of existing product,this paper defined the health management service as 12 touch spots;In the analyzing user emotions stages,It get the users' emotion users from behavior observation and interview based the theory of service design;In the refining the user requirements stages,It get the user basic demand and potential demand by using the creative thinking;In the analyzing pain points and opportunities stages,It use user experience journey map to visualization service process and organize factors such as user demand,mood,behavior path to analysis customer pain points and opportunities;In the planning new service process stages,It put forward a new smart health management service plan and sum up the designing requirements of smart health product and its application,such as “automaticidentification of users”,"clear display multiple data" and "users their families healthy data management","fitness recommendations and guidance","health doubt consulting ".Then we design the smart health scale and its application based on the designing requirements.Finally,we evaluate the intelligent health product and APP with overall health management service.Evaluation results show the health management service model can help improve users' health management awareness,and help users develop good lifestyle,and meet the emotional needs of the family health care.
