The popularization and commercialization of the fifth generation mobile communication network has accelerated the pace of the transformation of the information society.The era of mobile Internet has become a thing of the past,and the information society has officially entered the era of the Internet of things.The trend of Internet of everything makes artificial intelligence technology and consumer industry realize a better combination,and a large number of intelligent services and experience scenarios are derived correspondingly.On this basis,the concept of intelligent interconnection arises at the right moment.With the implementation and application of the concept,more and more intelligent interconnected products appear in people's lives,affecting the lifestyles of consumers.As the direction of the development and iteration of intelligent products,intelligent interconnection is still in the exploration and development stage on the whole,and there is no set of fixed standards in the industry.Due to the lack of theoretical and methodological guidance in design,the user experience of relevant products and services is not ideal.Therefore,intelligent interconnection products need to be involved in the research of experience design.This study firstly summarizes the research status of intelligent Internet products in the form of literature analysis and desktop research,and gives an overview and definition from the perspective of its formation,interaction mode,experience mode and future development direction.And the connotation of the definition of user experience,user experience,experience quality evaluation form and quantitative methods,and user experience design content to do the sorting and summary,in time for the research of intelligent interconnection products user experience dimension,established the theoretical methods and research subject combining site,established for the target is extracted by cyclical factors of experience of future research direction.In the case investigation stage,representative user experience cases of intelligent Internet products were collected through user interviews,and a large number of user experience influencing factors were extracted.Combined with the quantitative and qualitative research forms,the relevant factors are summarized and analyzed.Through card classification and focus group method,the element system is logically classified and sorted: cognition,dependence and value feedback are three first-level elements of the model system,which represent three stages of periodic experience of intelligent connected products,and the experience stage contains several second-level elements.In the theoretical output stage,the mapping analysis of the whole factor system is made,and the characteristics of phased experience and the changing rules between elements are summarized.Three experience subjects,namely product side,design side and user side,are established around the attributes of elements,and the "CEV" periodic experience element model is constructed.Based on the application of the model,the study carried out a correlation analysis between the experience quality assessment of intelligent interconnected products and the model content.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,five types of evaluation indexes were proposed and specific evaluation contents were refined,completing the user experience quality assessment model and related evaluation tools of intelligent interconnected products.In the final stage of the study,an online workshop was held to output the user experience evaluation and experience design optimization scheme of some intelligent connected products,so as to verify the rationality and application value of CEV experience element model.By summarizing the output of the workshop and participants' opinions and feedbacks,the whole research results are summarized and reflected on.
