With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living level, medicine and health products industry accounts for the proportion in the national economy is also growing. This paper is based on the electronic commerce system of the medicine and health products industry as the basic framework, focuses on the analysis of the practical needs and the working process of medicines and health products industry, but also to consider the idea of customer relationship management, the establishment of a customer relationship management system of new medicines and health products industry.Firstly, the research background and significance are introduced in detail, and the research content and structure analysis were introduced, then carries on the demand analysis, the system function analysis and feasibility, and has carried on the system analysis of the overall structure design and database, the system each function module and database the design and coding detailed implementation, including invoicing management function, decision analysis, management function, store management function and management function.
