Design And Implementation Of Zhengyang Community Health Service Management System

National ministry requires establish residents health archive for each community since2009. At the same time, requires community unified manage resident health archive. Although many communities have established community health service management system, it lack unified data standards and construct guide in the procedure of construction. It lead to the generation of information island and can not meet the requirement of current community health services.Under the idea of software engineering, the dissertation use C#, ASP.NET program language completes the implementation of system in MVC model. The dissertation focuses on the elaboration of system requirement analysis, system design and system implementation procedure. In the procedure of requirement analysis, it explains system construction goal. It analyzes system business requirement using business flow diagram and function requirement using case diagram. It expounds system non-functional requirement analysis. On the aspect of system design, it designs health archive management module, health education management module, prevention and healthcare module, chronic disease management module, physical examination module, statistic form module and system management module in detail. The dissertation combines entity property diagram with database table structure completes database design. On the aspect of system implementation, it introduces system implementation through system key interface and program flow diagram.The community health service management system of this dissertation improves the level of community health service and service efficiency. Superior department can master community health service status real-timely. They can make decision and take corresponding treatment method quickly.
