In these updating days, CG industrialization has boosting evolution in China; which changes small former workshops with only one or two persons to digital production centers in possession of much financial support. Original man-made CG management has not adapted to great CG projects, which results in things unfinished halfway and occasional unsuccessful developed cases. Therefore, It becomes a hard task how to efficiently manage the project process, the workers and the facilities in the course of cartoons producing.Based on the present situation of CG management research, including CG producing flow, producing crafts, managing approaches, and problems confronted with nowadays, Our thesis raises up plug-in truss of the CG management and design scheme. Meanwhile, Deep research is carried out on key techniques of plug-in such as: transmission modes of the managing data, the separation of the file data, and the loose-coupled of the plug-in. We also accomplish the analysis and the realization of the functionality of the plug-in system "PyTime"."PyTime" has WebServices technique in it, and is realized by Python Language. WebServices is a common model for constructing the application programs, and Python is an OPP programming language with wide usage, which is widely used in CG Production in recent years. Besides, it is tighted-coupled with 3D producing software, such as Maya, which makes the project management more convenient and the production flow more efficient.
