The Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Project Development Schedule Management System

There are some problems existing in the schedule management of Dongying Ideal City real estate project development,such as the traditional paper way for the preparation of project schedule can not verify the form in real-time format can not be verified and lead to too long time about report and audit,resulting in low work efficiency and affecting the management of project schedule,so combining with business characteristics of the schedule management of Dongying Ideal City real estate project development,the schedule management system of real estate project development was developed.The main work of this paper was to do requirements analysis,system summary design,system detailed design,implementation and testing for the schedule management system of Dongying Ideal City real estate project development.With requirements analysis,the main business requirements of the system were defined,the main business processes were analyzed,the data and data meaning were analyzed,and the functional use case analysis and nonfunctioning requirement analysis were carried out.With system summary design,overall architecture design,technology architecture design and function architecture design were implemented.With the design of the technical architecture,the MVC three-tier design pattern was confirmed,and the basic framework was determined as SSH framework.MySQL database was used in the database design,and designed ER diagram and the relevant table and table fields.Finally,the system was implemented and tested.The business modules implemented by the system included project preparation,work schedule management,visual schedule management and report management.Project preparation included project overview,project structure,apartment structure,project management knowledge base,WBS template and business parameter setting.Work schedule management included key node planning,project planning,project plan execution,department plan execution,plan execution comparison,personal plan,project result management and schedule report inquiry.Visual schedule management included Group's project visual schedule,engineering profile,building structure and building visual schedule.Report management included Group's achieving rate of monthly plan,company's achieving rate of monthly plan,statistical report and self-service enquiry.Schedule management of real estate project development implemented information management,solved inefficient problem of the traditional paper management,achieved transparency of information management,and promoted the timely communication between leaders and project adjustments,and achieved dynamic real-time management of the development progress of the real estate project.
