The Design And Implementation Of Dynamic Management System For Form A Complete Set Of The South-north Water Diversion Water Conservancy Project

As one of the national projects,South-to-North water diversion project has many features,like large coverage,large human and material resources and business complexity.Because of the large number of related auxiliary water project of South-to-North Water Diversion,the specific management work has been the focus work of China's water conservancy departments.Due to the limitations of various conditions in the past,the management of related work can not be handled efficiently,and the work between the various regions can not be well planned.There is a lack of overall control capability.Based on the above situation,Auxiliary Water Project Dynamic Management System of South-to-North Water Diversion was researched and developed.The technology research and development work of Auxiliary Water Project Dynamic Management System of South-to-North Water Diversion used B/S architecture,MVC design mode,SSH framework,Oraclellg database and other common technologies.B/S architecture took the three-tier architecture as the core thinking,and used MVC design pattern to classify it on the basis of improving the ability to adapt to the use environment,and used SSH framework to be responsible for data persistence,front desk interaction,business processing and other technology layers.This framework integrated Hibernate,Struts,Spring and other frameworks.Oracle11g database was used for the data management,which was good at massive data management,effectively enhancing the security and the stability of system data.Auxiliary Water Project Dynamic Management System of South-to-North Water Diversion realized the main functions of project preparation and bidding,project process management,project review and closeout and system management.Project preparation and bidding realized the sub-functions of project storage management,basic project information management,preliminary work management,project bidding management and units and personnel management.Project process management realized the sub-functions of progress management,planning and fund management,quality management and security management.Project review and closeout realized the sub-functions of review management and completed acceptance management.System management realized the sub-functions of unit information management,notification bulletin management and graphic management.The research and development work of Auxiliary Water Project Dynamic Management System of South-to-North Water Diversion took into full account the characteristics of the project,like covering a wide range,a large number of auxiliary projects and the complexity of the handling organizations.With detailed analysis of its specific business needs,the system implemented all links involved specifically.And on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of business institutions in the water conservancy sector,specific responsibility of each role was cleared,so as to improve the quality of the management work about auxiliary water project of South-to-North Water Diversion and enhance the overall capacity of relevant departments,thus the work among all districts and departments was getting further coordinated.
