Due to the increasingly serious consumption of environment and resource,more and more countries are aware of the importance of green manufacturing and sustainable development,Therefore,it is urgent to develop a simple,efficient,scientific and objective evaluation software to evaluate and analyze the product lifecycle process,provide decision basis for green manufacturing and sustainable development of products,so as to alleviate the environmental and resource problems from the source.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the topic of this thesis,expounds the necessity of developing LCA software,and summarizes the related domestic and foreign related academic research and applications of LCA software,and determine the product positioning of the LCA software,which is oriented to the government or enterprises for the development of environmental protection policies and regulations and choose the optimal production scheme to provide scientific basis.Then based on LCA evaluation system and relevant national standards,this paper introduces the theoretical basis of LCA,and uses unified modeling language(UML)to analyze the requirements of the software from two aspects of business and functionality.Based on the LCA theory,the software architecture and function module framework are established.The software is divided into five modules which is system management,measurement unit information management,material flow information management,production unit information management,model scheme information and management,and the relationship between each module class is introduced in detail by class diagram and description table.The software is based on an online modeling tool designed by interactive graphic rendering Java Script framework technology(Go JS),which reproduces the production process of the factory in the form of model diagrams,and then establishes the mapping relationship between the data and the model.Compared with the LCA software of C/S architecture,the B/S architecture software eliminates thegeographical limitation,simplifies the software operation,and realizes the real-time data sharing.Spring Boot framework is adopted in the software background,which solves the problem of complicated configuration of traditional Spring framework and improves the flexibility and maintainability of the code.Finally,the software is tested by use cases,and the software basically meets the needs of users.It is hoped that the LCA database can be established as soon as possible to provide more abundant data support for the software and improve the function of the software as soon as possible.
