Recruitment management as the subsystem of enterprise human resources management,enterprise operation process is a complex and important management activities,is the main means of enterprise selection and reserves of talent,good talent recruitment management strategy can make the enterprise recruitment activities smoothly and efficiently,and can greatly reduce the human material management costs,optimize the allocation of resources,to bring long-term benefits for the enterprise.Personnel recruitment and management system is currently using the China Mobile Jining branch has been unable to meet the recruitment and management of business needs,seriously affected the company's recruitment and management efficiency,in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the company's overall recruitment and talent management business,the company decided to introduce a new talent recruitment management system to improve the function of support the company's recruitment and management of business.This research based on mobile Ji ning branch recruitment management business,first,the demand analysis of the system,non functional requirements analysis requirements analysis and system analysis,the sub function modules including the system overall demand,and the construction of the various functional modules use case diagram and the activity diagram with UML modeling language.Then according to the requirement analysis,the architecture of the system,each sub function module and the database are designed.The system used B/S browser / server architecture,the interface uses JSP technology and JavaScript to develop,backstage data storage database management software using lightweight,small size,fast MySQL database as the data management center of the whole system.Database design is the first database concept model design gives the system E-R diagram design,and then the database logic model design is given in the database of each data table design.In the end,the main function modules of the talent recruitment system are the main function modules,such as the management of the talents,the position management,the management of the interview,the recruitment of the supplier management,and the recruitment and so on.Through the design of the recruitment system and the function of each module function and function test,the system to achieve the Jining branch of talent recruitment management and recruitment management of the core functions.To simplify the recruitment and management of business processes in Jining branch,to reduce the cost of recruitment and management of enterprises,can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises in the recruitment and management of personnel.
