Research On Recruitment Demand Information Of Data Job

With the development and popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates in China has increased year by year,reaching a record high.In the process of the development of big data and artificial intelligence,the gap between the supply and demand of data posts is also increasing.However,due to the contradiction of structural recruitment and asymmetric recruitment information,it is often difficult for graduates to find ideal jobs and enterprises to recruit ideal talents.In this context,Internet recruitment breaks the geographical space restrictions,expands the scope of both supply and demand,and becomes an important channel for recruiters to release information and candidates to obtain information.Thanks to the wide application of online recruitment,the real-time publication of Internet recruitment information has improved the information asymmetry in the recruitment of talents.However,the recruitment text still has the characteristics of massive and unstructured,and has certain technical difficulties in text statistical analysis.Extracting the keywords of the network recruitment text and analyzing the recruitment needs of data posts in the era of big data will play a positive role in promoting the higher quality and more full employment of college graduates majoring in data science.Based on this,this paper uses the Internet recruitment data to systematically study the recruitment demand information of data posts.Firstly,this paper chooses the national data posts recruitment data in the Internet recruitment platform and preprocesses the unstructured recruitment information by using natural language processing technology.Then,it builds the recruitment demand by combining LDA theme model and word2 vec embedding technology.Find the model of subject word extraction,divide the recruitment demand into four themes: education background,work experience,knowledge and skills and personal quality,and extract the subject words of recruitment demand for different data posts based on different demand themes.Finally,mine the co-occurrence information among the subject words of recruitment demand through network analysis method,from the educational background,work experience,knowledge and skills and personal quality.The visual display and analysis of the core post demand in the data job recruitment information can guide the training direction of data practitioners and students.In the long run,it will also help to consolidate the talent reserve foundation for the coming AI era.
