With the rise and development of the Internet,the network communication in the scene era has affected the evolution of new generations of transmission methods.Departed from the raging network broadcast in 2016,mobile video has risen from 2017.In March,China's first short video platform quickly completed the fund of US$350 million led by Tencent.Within a short time,Ali Entertainment also announced that Potato Video will be fully transformed into a short video platform to enter the PUGC field with all their strength.In a sudden,the random movement brought about by the moving scene can be entered at any time,and the spreading ecology of the user's fragmentation time can be utilized to the maximum extent,and a new content breach is torn out with a rapid momentum.A wide range of the Internet enterprises are aiming at this market that could bring huge efficiency,and they are striving to show their potential on short video platforms.Various types of short video applications are springing up.Among them,"Pear Video"stands out compared with many short video platforms.One of the best models in the world."Pear Video" is an information-based short video platform focuses on providing deep syndicated content and exclusive original reports.It was launched on November 3,2016.Its main founder is Xinhua News,an entrepreneurial team with an excellent media background.The Pear Video adopts the PEARG production model,which is dedicated to creating the largest global pool of pats in the entire network,gathering together information exclusively and publishing it through a professional team.Users can have opinions on contents based on their interests and regional relevance.In addition,the "Pearl Video" platform brings together a series of self-media accounts,allowing users to subscribe based on their interests.Patrons who are keen on filming videos can also participate in regular filming events organized by the platform to gather together to discuss,form communities,and win prizes.Before the formal research,the author made a review of the current status of the developing mobile short videos,existing problems,development trends,and specific case studies.As well,the author made a study of the status quo of the correlation between scene theory and mobile short video.There is still a lack of research on the mobile short video platforms which should be conducted by the academic circles and the industry.Therefore,at the beginning of the dissertation,the author pointed out that the three stages that the mobile short-lived video had experienced from the beginning to the breakout,and each stage is closely linked with the corresponding objective factors.At the technical,user,and market levels,with the advancing,it shows that today's mobile short video is on the cusp.Therefore,the best way to study such a rapidly developing new thing is to identify a typical case and look at the changes of the whole industry from special to general.This article uses the case of "Pear Video" as an entry point.Through analyzing the content of the videos released by "Pearl Video" and interviewing the staff of "Pearl Video",the author can see three elements of the structure of the platform:producing and presenting content for "Pear Video",the platform construction and the brand communication.Moreover,a new pattern of mobile short video can be found on this basis.Whether in terms of content,platform,or brand,mobile short video has emerged from the beginning to the present day with technological innovations,user needs,and market capitalization.It has evolved more in line with the current context of communication and lifestyle changes.Looking at these changes,they are closely related to a word-mobile scene.Therefore,based on the third chapter,the author proposes that now is the mobile Internet era,the mobile scene is the core of the development of mobile short video.The mobile scene has made some derivation under the traditional scene theory.It expanded the scenes mentioned in the era of television media to a more casual mobile space,allowing the user and the media to have the right of choice in both directions,and can be cut correspondingly in any time.These scenes have played a crucial role in the construction and future development of mobile short video scenes.From the construction of the scene in the age of the mass media to the scene-based construction of today's mobilized background,what is brought is a great change from disappearance to decomposition,fusion to aggregation,assimilation,and differentiation.The development of technology is irreversible.In the future of the continuous development of mobile Internet technology,the mobile scene will only have a deeper impact on the lives of users.Combined with the analysis and exploration of the previous texts,the author conclude some views and opinions on the future developments of mobile short video.
