Investigation And Analysis Of Community Cooperation Model Of Public Libraries In Anhui Province

In the "Public Library Law of the People's Republic of China" promulgated and implemented on January 1,2018,it has repeatedly pointed out that it is necessary to fully mobilize social capital and social groups to discuss,build,and share public libraries.This is the specific content of the cooperation between social forces and public libraries from the legal point of view.Since then,the cooperation between public libraries and social forces has been guaranteed by law.With the constant acceleration of the socialization process of public libraries,attracting social forces to join public libraries and build cooperative libraries has become one of the trends in the transformation and development of public libraries.Social forces have joined the construction of public libraries,allowing new blood from social forces can be injected into the management and development of public libraries,and making the development of public libraries can be more dynamic and more conforming to the needs of the times.The Public Library Law defines the government in the form of law as the main body that responsible for the construction of the public library service network,and stipulates the government's various responsibilities in the construction of public libraries,so as to ensure that the public library is an important position in building a book-filled society.The cooperation between the public library and the community reflects the social value of the library's service function.For public libraries,understanding the characteristics of the community and stimulating the vitality of the community enables public libraries to collaborate more deeply with social forces and develop cooperative models.As a platform for the dissemination and exchange of public culture,public libraries adopt a way of social community cooperation to better adapt to the needs of the "Internet +" era.At present,the urban development enters the community era,and the community culture is more influential in urban culture.As an important institution for promoting and promoting urban culture's,the public library understands community information and develops community cooperation.It plays an extremely important role in promoting and promoting urban culture.In this thesis,the author selects the case of community cooperation conducted by four different levels of public libraries in Anhui Province as a case study of the Anhui Province Public Library to carry out the community cooperation model.Through field surveys,online surveys,and case analysis methods,these four public libraries conducted research on community cooperation,summarized the achievements of the community cooperation model,and analyzed the process of cooperation between public libraries and the community.In the existing problems,put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions.The author hopes that through the investigation and analysis of this article,it will provide reference for the future cooperation between the public library in Anhui Province and the community,and also provide a feasible perspective and thinking for the social transformation and development of the public library in Anhui Province.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction introduces the research background and significance of the cooperation between public libraries and the community,sorts out the status quo and achievements of the development of community cooperation models in public libraries at home and abroad,and explains the cooperation of public libraries and the community.Basic theory,and briefly describe the research content of this article,and finally describe the research methods and research ideas used in the investigation process of this paper,and the innovation points of this article;the second part is the status quo of the community cooperation model of public libraries in Anhui Province.The investigation and typical case analysis;the third part is the summary of related achievements since Anhui Province public library community cooperation;the fourth part is the analysis and discussion of the problems existing in the public library community cooperation in Anhui Province;the fifth part is The fourth part discusses related issues and puts forward suggestions for the social cooperation model of public libraries in Anhui Province.The sixth part is the summary of the full text.
