Investigation And Analysis On The Development Of University Libraries's Student Associations In Anhui Province

University library is one of the most important institutions in colleges and universities,and student associations are also an important part of student organizations in colleges and universities.Both of them play an important role in the development of students and the construction of campus culture.Compared with the general student associations in colleges and universities,the number of student associations of the nature of university libraries is less,which is easy to be ignored.In the aspects of organizational structure,personnel management system,financial management regulations,publicity methods,sources of funds and so on,there are still some areas that need to be improved.There are many universities in Anhui Province,but few universities have set up student associations in the nature of university libraries,there are few well-developed student societies in the library in the nature of university libraries.This paper investigates the libraries of 45 colleges and universities in Anhui Province,and finds out the establishment and development of student associations.lt also takes the student service center of Anhui Agricultural University Library,the Reading Club of Hefei University of Technology,the readers Association of Anhui normal University and the Association of Library Librarians of Bengbu Medical College as concrete cases.From the aspects of organizational structure,publicity platform construction,funding sources and financial management system,activities and other aspects,this paper probes into the problems existing in the development of student associations in libraries,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the research,defines the object of student associations in university libraries",and introduces the research situation of student associations in university libraries at home and abroad.The second part is an overview of the establishment of the college library student community in Anhui province.This paper investigates the student associations of the libraries in 45 colleges and universities in Anhui Province by the method of network investigation,and finds out the general situation of the establishment of student associations in.the libraries of colleges and universities in Anhui Province.Include:time of establishment,background,way of publicity,type of association,organizational structure,work system,characteristic activities,etc.The second part takes four universities in Anhui Province as an example,through network investigation,questionnaire investigation,field investigation and other method,understands and discusses the development of student associations in university libraries in Anhui Province.The fourth part,Anhui university library student association development faces the question.Through investigation,the paper sums up the problems faced by the development of college library students 'associations in Anhui Province.The fifth part,the suggestion to promote the development of university library student association in Anhui province.In view of the problems faced by the development of college libraries in Anhui Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of university library students' associations in Anhui Province.The sixth part,conclusion.This article comprehensively uses a variety of methods to explore the issues faced by the development of the students' association of the university library in Anhui Province,and put forward suggestions.lt is hoped that through the investigation and analysis of this paper,the countermeasures and new ideas can be provided for the better development of college libraries and student associations.in Anhui Province and even in the whole country.
