At present, with the development of the university library work-study program, more and more students take part in it. Both students and library are benefit from it. However, there is a problem in it:a lot of work-study students are lack of organizational commitment to the university library, which lead to poor quality of their work, such as don’t agree with library, don’t want to actively work and etc. What’s more, their poor quality work deteriorate the service of library to some extent, and not active in their tasks. If this problem can not be effectively resolved, it is bound to be contrary to the original intention of the university library work-study program and brings a lot of negative impact to the readers and library.In order to improve the service quality of library and work-study students, this article does some research on the organizational commitment of work-study student in university library deeply and systematically. Many methods are used, such as literature review, observation method, interviews method and questionnaires survey and so on. And we got the following important findings:①It designs the organizational commitment questionnaire of work-study student, and extracts the influence factors of organizational commitment.②It constructs the structural model of work-study student’s organizational commitment, and modifies the system of influence factors of work-study student’s organizational commitment.③It deeply explores the correlation between influence factors and organizational commitment of work-study student and the influence degree of influence factors to organizational commitment of work-study student. Finally, based on the basis of empirical findings, this article pertinently gives suggestions for the management of the university library work-study program.4 figs,71 tabs,91 refs...
