| The OPC drum is an abbreviation for organic photoconductive drum,a core component of office equipment such as color photocopiers,digital copiers,and laser printers.With the development of the society and the development of office automation,the consumption of the OPC drum has increased rapidly and the demand for the market has increased.It offers high requirements for manufacturing conditions and equipment,including cleanliness,temperature,structure,control and so on.Around the OPC drum production process requirement,this article focuses on design a set of OPC drum oven conveyor line automation control system,better meet the needs of OPC drum for mass production,improve the yield of OPC drum,the development of the industry has a great significance.This paper mainly introduces the OPC drum drying conveyor line automation of the whole process layout,the overall design demand,transmission line design,the controller design of the hardware system and system software design.First,the development of the OPC drum,the development of related production equipment and the present technical situation are summarized and analyzed.In order to analyze the temperature control system,the circulating wind system,the structure form of the conveyor line and the reliability technical index of the conveyor line,And analysis of key components in each system;Control system adopts modular design idea,in this paper,the industrial computer and PLC as the core of control system hardware and software design,including the oven temperature control system,circulating air volume control system,pallet conveyor line drive control system;According to the electric control technology of each control subsystem,the electric component and design electrical control circuit are selected.Automatic oven conveying control system of controlled objects with nonlinear,big delay,in view of the characteristic design the fuzzy PID control method,through the fuzzy PID control of the temperature of the oven,circulation and transmission system to control the air flow and satisfies the requirement of dynamic and static.The simulation of fuzzy PID control process shows that the control scheme has good control performance.Finally,the design of control system installation and debugging,make the control system can run according to the industrial computer software Settings of parameters,and the operation effect of the performance test,the results show that the design of OPC drum drying conveyor line automation control system meet the design requirements. |
