Boiler is one of the most crucial facilities for peotroleum electricity and chemistryindustry and the indispensable part of central heating center in the most parts of north China.As the scarcity of natrual resource and the growing enviroment destruction, we mustimprove our controls and management with the boiler which can tranform the disposableresource into repeated used, so that we may raise the resourse recycling rate and reduce thedamage to our enviroment.Level and burning controls are two significant parts for boiler which is huge andcomplicated itself. In the essay I have simulated on the boiler steam drum water level withtransducer,industrial computer and PLC controls. It mainly encompassed the followingtopics: After researched on the drum level control in steam toiler, I found that the primaryelement of safely operating is to ensure the drum level in the proper range. On the contrary,low one may cause the shortage of water which will explode parts of circulating tubesbecause of too much heat. According to the simulation experiment, it has been provedsuperior to drum level control with PID fuzzy adaptive controls. I have deeply researchedboth the work processment of boiler and the cybernation on steam drum water level withburning, and especially expound on how to put use of the fuzzy PID controls on drum level,how to build a fuzzy controller of drum level by mathmetical model and how to simulate it.On the basis of theory, I used both software and hardware to design the control system. Theindustrial computer is Yanhua IPC610series, PLC of SIEMENS S7-300series with releventsoftwares have been programmed and configurated for the filed control system, which canmake every control function operate correctly by data acquisition and processing. And meanwhile I have written the graphic interface programme by ‘Kingview6.52version’ for real-time monitoring, inquiry of historical data, storing and printing the important data.By using fuzzy boiler steam drum water level controls, it may be achieved much betterand easily. No matter on the steady stability or dynamic stability, effect of controls have beenimproved a lot. It will be more much accurate, steady and excellent on adaptive ability afterintroducing the fuzzy controls.
