This paper takes a small launch platform for the background design of servo control system experiment platform, mainly in digital signal processor TMS320F2812DSP as core processor, designed a set servo control system experiment platform which to be able to achieve high precision tracking, completed the overall design scheme, hardware design, control algorithm study, PC operation interface design and master control program design.In this paper, the permanent magnet AC servo motor’s mathematical model were deduced, the servo control system often adopts three-loop control, gives the ring open and closed loop transfer function, and on this basis to design a Self-organizing Fuzzy PID as the core algorithm in position servo system, and simulation of the step signal, sinusoidal signal and ramp signal. The simulation results show that the Self-organizing Fuzzy PID control robustness, adaptive ability, respond speed, control precision and anti disturbance ability are superior to those of classic PID control.Then the servo control system experiment platform for specific functions to achieve the overall scheme design and the design of software and hardware, the software program mainly includs the host human-computer interaction interface module and a position controller module. The host human-computer interaction interface mainly completes the data signal acquisition, analysis, communication etc.; position controller for PC to send the tracking signal, and collected the rotary transformer feedback current point coordinate, control algorithms and through the DA output to the servo drive, in order to control the motor to achieve the accurate tracking effect of target signal.Finally, the conventional PID and Self-organizing Fuzzy PID control strategy is applied to servo control system experiment platform position closed loop control, and according to the PC given three different signals carried by the system for the experimental verification, the experimental results show that the Self-organizing Fuzzy PID controll has stronger robustness, can obtain better tracking precision, also verify the hardware and software design of the feasibility and the accuracy of simulation results.
