The modern chemical production process,more and more high degree of automation,More and more high degree of automation,automation device in the production process,optimizing the production process,directly or partly substitute production personnel complicated and dangerous labor,make production running in the security environment in everything in good order and well arranged.This is not only to improve the efficiency of production,but also to make the safety factor of the chemical production process greatly improved.In the process of automation,PID controller is clear,powerful and simple structure,easy to achieve,which is widely used in modern industry.Up to now,Various advanced PID controller parameter setting method,but in practice,the setting method and expectations of these advanced or somewhat gap,is not as expected to produce a good control effect.Especially the boiler steam drum water level control is we had a problem,because the water level of steam drum not only with the steam evaporation and the sound of water,and at high temperature and high pressure under severe fluctuation of the liquid level of steam drum words will have great influence on the subsequent process and even trigger a series of safety accidents.The PID controller because of its simple structure determines the control quality of it,there are limitations,timeliness,accuracy of boiler drum water level control and generate control direction after the "false level"has its congenital deficiencies.This paper studies the design of the control system of boiler drum water level in chemical process.The control principle of all parameters of the PID controller was analyzed,and introduces several kinds of PID controller parameter setting method,and analysis of the several kinds of PID parameter setting method of their respective advantages and disadvantages.Second,for each component of the fuzzy controller and fuzzy control reasoning methods are introduced,several kinds of commonly used functions of fuzzy controller type and method of fuzzy controller.Finally,the boiler steam drum water level of the PID control system and fuzzy control systems for the modeling,design and using software to carry on the simulation,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.
